Interior Door Handle 'Cup:, 97 850 850 1997

I broke the "cup" in the door interior panel when I was in the door for a repair. You know the part where the "latch" to open the door sit down in there. Do I have to replace the whole panel, or can I get the "cup" as a individual part?

Or, how did you solve this problem?
