Hi,

You know, those tires will have to come to a stop sooner or later. Perhaps the picture was taken right after he stopped pressing the gas and thus the wheels stopped moving? You don't need to have your wheels moving for there to be smoke coming from them. He must have obviously been spinning the wheels for a while to generate so much smoke, so there would still be some left when the wheels stopped.

Hell, if you really think that pic is fake, maybe i should go do it in my T-5R and take a pic so you can see what these FWD turbo cars are capable of!
(Any car can make a burnout if you just do it right)
