Any Major Problems with Wrong Ft/lb on Front Struts V70-XC70 1998

Yes, there is a base that attaches to each strut by the existing 3 bolt/nut. Manual says to crank it up to 19 ft/lb (25Nm). The Volvo front strut also has an additional bolt/nut on each side that attaches the pole to the base that attaches to the front struts. For this part, manual says 30 ft.lb (40Nm). I'm quite sure I tightened it more than the above stated. Perhaps next time I take it to the shop, I should have tech check?
