Clinks on bumps from back suspension 850 1992

Hi,

I have recently changed a link arm (would have been tricky without
this forum!). The ride has become very silent, and in this silence
I can hear a new sound. It comes from the outside of the car, left
back wheel area (I can only hear it with the window open) on bumps.
Sounds like metal clinking agains metal. Nothing is heard inside.

When I shake the car, nothing is heard (I shake it not strong enough).
I have an impression that it clinks when the spring is compressed
almost completely.

Any ideas? Shall I take springs/shocks apart?

Best regards,
Dmitri
