Hey guys, chill. EgS60 is nothing more than a prime example of "BBS." (Boys Being Stupid.) Within a year or two he'll graduate into a full fledged MBS. (Men Being Stupid.) It will take him 10 to 15 years to grow out of it (maybe, if he's lucky.) But as long as he doesn't hurt anyone, who cares? If he destroys the tranny, so what? Money's cheap to him (he might not even be paying rent for all we know) and he hasn't yet learned that money spent on depreciating assets and rent is money thrown away. But that's very common for a person his age. Maybe someday he'll understand the concept, like when he's 60 and he's got all the toys in the driveway, mounds of debt, and not enough money in the bank to retire, but why is that our problem?
Before the S60 he drove a Firebird, for pete's sake! What does that tell you? (GM is shutting down F-body production because of lack of sales, much due to the Firebird/Camaro's alleged bad reputation for being the only animal that has an asshole on the 'inside'.) Still, it's a free country and he can act like a jerk if he wants to. I really don't care as long as he doesn't hurt anyone.
Ignore him. He's got a lot of life-lessons to learn yet. Obviously he's the type that has to learn them the hard way. And that's fine, I'm in no mood to mentor him, anyway.
