Possible purchase of a 1998 XC V70. V70-XC70 1998

Hello all, I am currently looking at a 1998 XC V70 to buy through private sale. It's in super shape with all the service records from a local dealer who service my other two Volvos (1991 940 turbo 146000 and 1995 850 GLT 91000). I know this was the first year for the AWD design and just wondered if anyone has had any major issues with the AWD system. Thanks.
