I agree with Arno 850 1994

I agree with Arno, try a full and complete tuneup. Volvo's like new plugs every 20k miles or so. If you have an automatic then change the fluid....at 75k it needs it.

If the car still feels weak then take it to a dealer and ask him to test drive it and see what they say. Another option.....a dyno run is the gold standard in seeing how much power your car is puting to the ground.

After you cover the basics that Arno lists then start looking for more things.
