Dave, this isn't any advice! I believe i have EXACTLY the same problem as you on my 93 850! I get to 45lb and nothing more and no cold air. Sooo, if either of us finds a solution, let's let the other know! thanks. However, I am curious as to MRSHA's comments on another of many A/C threads, regarding looking at the relay behind the glove box and see if it needs to be repositioned! I'm going to try that tonight...
