Replacing headlight wipers 850 1996

The right side headlight wiper on my Volvo does not work. The estimate from the dealer is to replace the wiper motor for $280 or so.

Any suggestions on how i could maybe purchase one online or from a store and install it myself

Any tips tricks or suggestions are MORE than Welcome!!
