Tranny fluid change? S70 1998

Took my S70 (102k miles) to my Indy shop yesterday and had the coolant flushed, brake fluid flushed, fuel filter replaced, etc.

I wanted them to change/flush the transmission fluid, but they said they won't change it unless the "change transmission fluid" light come on (I assume this light is on the dash). I say BS. I've never heard of this light and don't think it exists. Anyone know for sure?

Also, my fluid was changed at 50k by the PO. Is the transmission at any risk of damage for changing at this mileage? I've seen a few posts on the BB warning of not changing tranny fluid on high mileage cars.

Thanks!
