Tranny fluid change? S70 1998

It is hard to say if it is at risk. The fluid change probably helps extend
the transmission life and is a good idea but not doing it won't directly
lead to failure. Sounds like you drive a lot of highway milage and if
it was done at 50K, and you do it now, I would think you are OK. After
you change it I bet you notice it shifts much, much smoother (I was
surprised at what a difference it made).
