DTC 27 Code S40-V40

My 00 V40 with 26K miles recently lost OBC data and Clock time. Radio did not lose presets or require code. While in for the campaign for the "Check Engine Light". They pulled code 27 Ballery Voltage Signal too low- intermittant. Battery and all connections, fuses they insp all ok. I do operate a VHF/UHF ham transciever running low power. Might this cause loss of data, or might it be something else.
