no radio 850

I was having some body work done and my guy took the nut off of the power antenna to paint, and the antenna popped out. Then the battery went dead. I sent him over a new battery, and he tried to code the radio, that failed, and now I have no radio display at all. Not EEEEE, not CODE, nothing. However the red security light is flashing, so I think it is getting power. I have tried leaving the car on for an hour, and I have tried disconnecting the battery and starting over. I checked all of the fuses and they are okay. And whatever is screwed up is causing the new battery to drain. Can anyone lead me to a possible solution.
