120 PSI on Low-Side of AC -- What to do? 850 1995

Hi Vince

I think at least we have now found the answer to the pressure - simply that the compressor is not running.

OK, I have no 100% answer for you but obviously you have to find why the compressor does not run. If you have a test meter and know how to use it, or have a friend that does, you can start tracing the wiring and checking it. Firstly you need to verify that the compressor relay operates when the aircon is on, the low pressure switch is jumpered, etc.

It is possible that you have disturbed some wiring on the compressor which needs replacing. Once you have the relay working, go to the compressor and test that power is being applied to it. If you don't have any method of testing, just do the best you can checking the wiring and then possibly take the car to a technician for help.

Good luck

Keith
