850 Boost Problems 850

Something is out of whack here, for sure. Could be the wastegate/actuator assembly, the ECU, or the feedback loop between the two. You didn't say where you live, but if we knew maybe one of us here could help you locate a competent tech to assist you...before you start fishing pistons out of the oil pan, again. You shouldn't have to depend on a manual boost controller to do the job your ECU / actuator system should perform for you.
