95 T5-R 850

As an owner of a 1995 850 Turbo with 70K miles - I would have to largely agree with John.

If you truly enjoy maintaining the vehicle yourself and use the Brickboard along with Volvospeed.com ( Bay13) you can perform most of the work.

I know that I've saved close to $2,000 by doing the work myself over the past few years.

Basically, the 850 is a good car. However, lots of little things break.
In term of reliability- it doesn't compare to our Toyota with much higher mileage. However, the Toyota isn't as much fun to drive.

I like my 850 and plan to keep it. With the turbo it's a blast to drive.

Good Luck !

nathan
