Evaporator replacement - instructions, experiences....? 850

Did you replace the evap? How was it? Any suggestions? I'm thinking about doing the same job. I have a few questions first. I had the ac charged with the dye freon last year. Can I view this with any black light or is it a special type of light? My compressor is cycling ever 10 seconds or so. I had it charged w/ the dye a year ago and it was fine for the summer. However, this year it's back to the same behavior. My guess is that I have a small leak in the evap. If I try to find the leak w/ the black light and nothing turns up can I assume that it is the evap? Would anyone advise me to replace other parts while I have the dash out (i.e. the heater core)? What where some of the quotes that users received for a job like this?

Any comments, suggestions or even instructions will be greatly appreciated.
