120 PSI on Low-Side of AC -- What to do? 850 1995

this is where I'm at, Dave. No matter what I do, I get no clutch movement. I even measured voltage from the low pressure switch and only get .025V, which doesn't seem to be much to get a clutch going! I think I might buy the official Volvo book on Climate Control for $35. Either that and/or take it in for an estimate.
