Heres a pic of my painted grille. Tell me if you like it :)

Process-

Tape off edges and volvo slash.
Sand down w/ grit paper
Use Iron Wool to get out any oxidation, rust, etc...
Apply 2 coats of spray primer
Apply 2 coats of outdoor high gloss black spray paint

I also did the same process w/ all embelems.
