T5 FAULTY Barometric pressure sensor? S70 1998

Haven't heard of a barometric sensor on this car, but I'm aware of a temperature sensor for the onboard computer mounted in the front lower center of the airdam.

As to the intermittent CE light, I would suspect an emissions related problem as this caution light is design primarily to monitor the integrity of the emissions control system. Secondary causes tend to be fuel-system related.

Things to check are air pump operation, EGR system, flame trap/crankcase ventilation and the fuel system.
