Center console removal/SIPS deactivation 850 1996

I don't have my manual handy (at work) but I believe that the frontal airbag sensors are under the console. I also recall the side airbag triggers are under the trim piece at the sides of the seats. I think the side airbag system is self contained. Be VERY VERY careful, disconnect the battery at least, highly recommend getting hold of a shop manual here, those landmines can kill ya.
