Vlave clicking on cold start 850 1994

Hi,

I have a 850 94 10 valves 225 000km. Since 1 year, on cold start (or after a certain period of time like 2-3 hours) I got some valve clicking and a little blue cloud from the exhaust (only on start) . The clicking last only 2-3 minutes. I use valvoline max life oil 5w30. Some says that the problem is with valves seal... or lifter or else?? So, my questions are:

1) Can someone provide my with a picture of how valve work in the engine, where is the valve seal, the small spring, the valve itself?

2) Can someone explain me how to repair this?

I also got a small leak with cam seal... Can someone can explain me how to replace these seal? (pulley side) Do I need to remove the cam? What is the best way to make sure that cams keep their position?

Many thanks,

Bruno
