Oil Leaking from Turbo Area - Need help to clarify problem 850 1997

There's been oil leaking from the turbo area for over a year now. I'm finally sick of it and ready to fix it. I have the Tech Article from Volvospeed regarding the "Turbo Oil Return Line" fix.

Here's my question/problem: I've take the car to two different Volvo dealers during the last year to see if the leak could be fixed under warranty. The first dealer said and put it writing the following "appears to be an accumulation of oil on the underside of turbo. Customer advised to drive the car harder so as not to allow oil to accumulate in this area". That's the first time I've ever heard of a dealer saying a problem was caused by not driving the car hard enough. Basically they said the leak was normal. Yeah right.

The second dealer stated that there was a leak from the "oil adapter", but it wasn't a covered item under warranty.

Does my leak sound like the standard "Turbo Oil Return Line" gasket at the back of the engine block? What is the "oil adapter" that the second dealer mentioned? I want to make sure the turbo return line is the problem before I spend the time fixing it. Sounds like it is.
