HELP: Shift lock/ABS light/ no turn signals/ all at once 850 1995

This event has occured 3 times in my '95 850 turbo.
Today I drove to lunch with no problems. I start the car to return frm lunch and the ABS light is light. The car won't shift out of park unless I press the shift lock release button. And I try to use my turns signals they don't work. However the hazards do work.

This exact combination of problems has occured in my car on 2 other occations that I can recall.

If I turn the ignition off and then restart the car all the problems dissapear.

Does anyone have any insight into this issue. It has occured about once every other month. Knowing the car/ service department timing will never match to be able to resolve the issue.
