Potential A/C trouble?? 850 1995

That sounds as if the evaporator iced.

Theoretically that should never happen. But the conditions were perfect for it to happen--muggy. Plus perhaps the system charge is a little on the low side. It still shouldn't happen, but a lot of things shouldn't happen. A refrigerant discharge would usually be accompanied by the smell of PAG oil, which is pretty distinctive. I doubt you'd have missed it unless you smoked like a chimney. ALso, since the system is still working, it had probably iced. Keep an eye on it for the next few times you run it, though, to see if it recreates itself. Plugged drains can contribute to problems like that as well.
