Raced a Porsche 911 Carrera yesterday! 850 1995

I was cruising with my buddy in my '95 854 Turbo and I could hear this loud exhaust next to me... low and behold it was an older, red Porsche 911 Carrera ('84 maybe). We both gunned it at 35mph and once my turbo (pretty instant) kicked in it was over with. After we got to 75mph I was a good 2 car lengths ahead of him.

When we got to the stop light the guy couldn't believe a Volvo beat him. He kept looking over in disbelief and shaking his head. Granted, it was an older Porsche but it wasn't a 944 (which aren't that fast), but it was a 911 Carrera. Just made me happy knowing my Volvo beat a Porsche. :)
