Help, tough time getting my 850 fixed 850 1996

I have IPD's FWD catalog at home and in it they provide a URL for a site providing information regarding the warranty and aftermarket or altered issue. It may only apply to manufacturer's warranties though. Check their website,

http://www.ipdusa.com for the URL or call them for information.

Also, and this is a long shot, if the warrany company is local, and IF you have a local TV station with a consumer affairs watchdog reporter, give them a call. I recently left my job with Memphis' CBS affiliate and they have such a person. It's pretty popular these days. He would take on the role of advocate for the consumer in cases like this and usually win out. The last thing any local company, or branch wants is bad media coverage.
