Window Switch 850 1995

I just bought a 95 850 Turbo. On the driver window controls, by the parking brake, the switches for the rear windows (both of them) only work in the down direction. One of the two sticks like the previous owner spilled pop in them or something. The windows go up when using the switch on the actual rear door, but neither of them will go up using the driver controls. I started to take apart the console to see if I could get the switches out and clean them, but it seemed like to much for me to get into for now. Is it possible to even get just the two rear switches out of the panel? or would i have to replace the whole panel? Any other ideas are appreciated. Thanks
