Still having A/C problems 850 1995

Hi
Still having problems with my A/C, I have tried to read all the post about
A/C but none like mine.
If I start the car in the morning, (the engine is cool), everything is working
the compressor is clicking and the self starting fan is running, but when the
engine is up to normal heat there is no more clicking from the compressor and
the self starting fan is dead, then I have to stop the engine and let it cool of, so when I start again the system works until the engine is up to normal heat.
The A/C system has been examine and there is no leak.
