2 items to look for on second hand V70 '99 V70-XC70

I have a 99 with 85,000 miles. I would listen for clicks at slow speeds on uneven surfaces, which seem to come from the front end. There are some parts with teflon bushings which seem to last only 25 to 30,000 miles, and I think they are called strut braces or something like that. Also, look at the brake rotors for corrosion. It can get so bad that brake efficiency is down. Also the parking brake has a separate (expensive) set of components, and they rust.
