Everything Herb said plus when time comes to sell it you'll have a lot of explaining to do. You might not be considering this long-term ramification but it's something to think about.

A straight engine swap is one thing but buyers looking for a turbo will look for a factory car rather than one sold originally as a N/A and converted.

Sorry but best advice is to sell what you have and buy a turbo.
