radio cuts out. 850

The 815/816 is the CD player version (digital controls). You probably have
an 812.

I have a 98 S70 with an 816 and can swap it with the radio in my wifes
95 855 (an 812 radio/tape). We do this for longtrips when we
take the 855 wagon. Its plug-and-play and a 90 second swap.

Only issue is the 70 series radios are a dark gray and 850s are black.
If looks matter, you need one from the same series so the colors match
the existing dash.
