No preasure in fule line, leaky injector?? 850

I just installed a new fuel filter in my 94 850 turbo, I went to bleed off the pressure from the fuel line and there was none? The car did sit over night but shouldn't there be a little pressure in the fuel line?

I am thinking I have a leaky fuel injector, does any one know how to check for this?

I also smell gas at the fuel pressure regulator but I think it might just be the rubber hose.
