Thank you for your concern about my truthfulness but I have all the evidence that I could ever need to support my claim. In fact Volvo headquarters was here within 24 hours and had the car repaired by their local dealers at their expense within.. maybe three days. My question to the Forum was "has this ever happened to any other volvo"

If I had the time I would send you Police reports and eye witness evidence.
