Caliper seizing S70 1998

I'd doubt that anyone is likely to have a caliper rebuild kit in stock for your car as most people don't rebuild them anymore in the field, probably due to possible liability issues? (just a guess).
Replacing the outer dust seals only (if that's what you're trying to do) won't solve the problem as to do it right, you need to use compressed air and carefully blow the pistons out of their cylinders, clean the pistons and cylinders and re-assemble with new seals, proper lube. Don't take those caliper pistons out w/o a rebuild kit because the seals are likely to leak if re-used.
