Do what Christina said .... BUT, be sure you know the security code before you disconnect the power.

This is also true if you disconnect the battery, as I did to remove the upper fascia to get at my instrument panel.

Don't intend to be snide, but if you had to ask how to remove the radio, then there is a better than even chance that you are unaware of needing to enter the code after you reapply the power.

Do you have the owner's manual in your glove box?
