It is probably your throttle body, though it seems to me the ECU should be able tto reduce the speed maybe it's run out of adjustment...


Just remove the pipe to the body, look at it and you'll probably see it's filthy ang gummy. Clean it and try again. Some say that to do the best job you should remove the body, but I haven't found this necessary.
