Oil burning when stopped... 850 1994

Hi,

My 850 94 10 valves 225000 km is starting burning some oil... When I start it it can see some blue vapor caming from the exhaust and for example, yesterday, I was at mcdonalds waiting for my order, the car was on park position (tranny), engine idle, waiting about 3-4 minutes and when I put it in drive on the tranny, push the pedal I remark a big blue/white cloud caming from the exhaust... Maybe someone can tell me what is my problem exactly... The only I change a month ago, is the oil grade and brand... I was running mobil 10w30 dyno oil and I change it for valvoline max life 5w30. Is it because my oil is to low in grade? Should I put 10w30 or even 15w30 or 15w50 ?

Your help is appreciated,

Thanks

Bruno
