OK, found problem... now... how to un-clog? S70 1998

Ok, I'm 99% sure that the problem is that the drain on the driver's side under the fuse box is clogged. There are three openings on this pipe: 1 underneath fuse box, 1 where the windshield drains off, and one on the underside of the car. I bought a plumbing snake and tried both of the ones on the top of the car but can't seem to un-clog it. Any better suggestions for un-clogging it before I jack up my car and crawl underneath?
