'99 S70 & Crutchfield's S70 1999

The nice lady who called from Crutchfield's said they were pretty short on tech info on the '98,'99,'00 S70 installations, but said they'd include the 7-days-a-week tech assistance phone number. (She regretfully declined my offer to let them come get the info in exchange for doing the installation....I think the thousand mile trip may have had something to do with it, so I don't hold that against them).

BTW, rather than cut off the factory connectors, does anybody make a crimp-on or solder-on wire end that can then be plugged into the appropriate slot in the factory connector? (And then, with appropriate release agent and some magic plastigoop use the whole gemisch to form your own connector?)
