installing after market amp to SC-901 S70

Yeah, I have an amp. The SC-900 and SC-901 have NO internal amplification and DO both require external amplification....

I have a part number for my amp, but have no idea what power rating it is. It mounts under the passenger seat, which, from what i understand, is quite odd as mouse mount in the center console in the driver footwell area. Not sure. The Amp and head unit were pulled from an early model -98 S70 T5 w/ factory "Dolby Surround" Option for about a grand. (I decided not to pull the center channel from that car)
