850 S70 parts swap?? 850 1996

sorry about the 1st one
can any parts be switched from the 770 series onto an 850?
my brother doesn't care for the looks of his black 850's door trim, roof liner (molding outside the car), door handles, and grill

any ways to change these to painted items?

are the hoods interchangable so that an eggcrate grill could be added to a 70 series hood on an 850?

thanks for any help
this will get him off my back

plus what are the widest wheels/ tires an 850 can run?
