IPD ECU upgrade questions 850 1995

How much does this upgrade cost? For those who have one, why did you decide to take it over the Dawes Manual Boost controller? I thought about the controller, but the ECU sounds like a safer upgrade. I own a '95 854 Turbo with a shade over 40k miles. Lastly, will the stock exhaust hold up well with the IPD ECU upgrade, or will I have to get a higher flow muffer and pipe?
