Just received IPD ecu. 850 1995

Yannis-

Im not sure of the codes yet. I just dropped the car off at the dealer tonight. They will let me know tomorrow. I did however, have the same problem prior to the upgrade and the dealer was nice enough to reset the light for free. The "diagonsis" was fuel related, not type, because I run 93 octane. The tech did not go into specifics, but indicated that it was a common occurance and not to worry about it. I guess the car is know to have a tempermental side to the fuel system "check light". However, I find it curious becasue of the frequency. Im hoping it's a minor thing becasue the car is just out of warranty only 53,000 miles.

You mention service intervals. The car was a Canidian Lease return. I had the dealership pull a service history and all services were done in accordance with Volvo's recommendations. So, I will take your advice and continue following. One thing I scheduled out of interval was transmission oil change. Its getting changed tomorrow, not synthetic due to cost, 250 bananas, regular $120... I would do it myself, to save pennies, but I just don't have the time. What are your recommendations for transmission oil change? I've heard different milages and I would like to find a benchmark

Well, I'll keep you posted as to what the dealer comes up with. Thanks for the insight.

Jeff
