Rough Idle and unable to read codes 850 1994

Phil,

Right off the bat I'd suspect vacumn leaks. Well documented at:

The rubber elbows deteriorate and leak air into the intake manifold. Looks like a pretty easy DIY job.

As far as codes, if your 94 is like my 95, I think you're supposed to plug into the "A2". It's the module on the left, left center hole. Your reference to "#6" doesn't ring a bell.
