Visable wear Q? 850 1996

Where exactly are you seeing this "wear"? You shouldn't see ANY wear, not even with 60K miles on it (its normal replacement interval). With 60K PLUS miles on an old serp belt the only thing that's noticeble is that the belts ribs begin to crack and if neglected, the cracks will get worse until it breaks. The flat side doesn't ever show real signs of wear but might get a little shiney.

Are you seeing the flat side wearing the lettering off? That's be normal but you shouldn't see any other abnormal wear. If you have doubts that there's still a problem or if you're sure that another pulley's wobbling, get another opinion as you don't want a repeat of what happened before. You shouldn't see any pulley wobbling.
