AC fan cutout 850 1994

My AC fan runs for a bit and then stops.
If I turn the engine off for a minute and then restart it rens again for about 30 seconds and then stos again.
I can pull the fuse and put it back and the same thing happens.
I know the fan works and so does the compressor
I havent checked the control codes yet but not sure what that would tell me any way
I'm not getting any check engine lights so this is a puzzle
My guess is that the problem is with the in dash control unit

Any help would be most appreciated
