Drivers seat back works in one direction only... 850 1994

Had same problem on a 93 850. Replacing the cable was relatively simple, once the seat is out of the car with seat cover removed - turn it inside out by peeling up from the bottom to see inside. You can get hog rings at an upholstery shop or hardware store. The hardware store I went to also sold me a set of hog ring pliers that makes the job of installing the new ones very easy. The pliers have a cupped face on each jaw that stabilizes the ring.
