car starts and then idle drops 850 1996

The car hasn't been driven for a week but it started fine all Sunday.
This morning the wife tries and it won't start.
The car doesn't have enough juice to crank.
I boost it with my other 96 850 Turbo and the car starts but the idle drops and the engine dies. If I rev the car, it's ok until I let go of the gas whereupon it would die again.

I had my battery checked and it was low but ok. I charged the battery and it starts quickly but same problem with the idle.

Can it be the cam or throttle position sensors that's causing this?
