Take it back to the dealer that did the 90K service and aks them to "Check the alignment" do not tell them it pulls just that you bought new tires and thought it was a good idea to "Check" the alignment.

See if they tell you the same thing the other dealership told you with the 1K dollar estimate.

if they say the same thing then you probably need the work done. if not then you know what dealership not to take it to anymore.
